All H.J. van Bentum companies handle, in the performance of their duties, the general business conditions of H.J. van Bentum, as deposited on 06-09-2013 at the Chamber of Commerce. Depending on the nature of the total assignment, performances or other achievements, in addition to our general conditions of business, the following conditions are applicable: All transports are carried out on the basis of the General Carriage Conditions 2002 (AVC 2002). In the case of cross-border transportation of goods on the road, the AVC 2002, in addition to the CMR Convention are applicable.

On tank transport are also “The General Tank Transport Conditions for the Carriage of Bulk Goods by Road” applicable. On Physical Distribution (PD) activities are the Physical Distribution conditions 2000 applicable. Storage activities take place under the Dutch Storage Conditions, and expedition activities occur on the basis of the Dutch Expedition Conditions. On all deliveries and services, relating to a contract for the cleaning of material and equipment, the ATCN General Tank Cleaning Terms are applicable. Payments: payment for work on which no arrangement under one of the above conditions applies, the Transport and Logistics Netherlands General Payment Conditions will be applicable.

For all the aforementioned general conditions the latest version will be valid, as deposited at the Office of the clerk of the courts of Amsterdam, Arnhem, Breda, the Hague and Rotterdam. Minimum transport conditions. For charters commissioned to drive for H.J. van Bentum B.V. and/or H.J. van Bentum Trailer Service B.V. the minimal transport conditions are applicable, such as these are to be found in the below "Overview downloads".If applicable, these general terms and conditions are valid in addition to the, in writing, agreed purchase conditions of Internationaal Transport Company H.J. van Bentum, and/or H.J. van Bentum Trailer Service B.V.
